Ingredients:

20 pitted dates

4 T peanut butter (melted)

Chopped peanuts

3/4 c chocolate of choice (melted)

Sea salt

Steps:

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 15 mins

  2. Press dates into loaf pan (with parchment paper)

  3. Spread melted peanut butter on top of dates

  4. Sprinkle with peanuts

  5. Spread melted chocolate

  6. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt

  7. Cool in fridge (or freezer if you’re hungry)
